Replacement Process:

• Once we verify the issue, we will arrange for a free pick-up of the product.
• A replacement product will be dispatched within 7-10 working days based on stock availability

Exclusions:

• Minor variations in color, finishing issues, texture, or grain due to natural materials.
• Damage caused by improper usage, self-assembly, or relocation of the product.

Terms:

• The product must be in its original condition and unused for return.
